Culver’s is MSG Free!

Posted in MSG Free Restaurants at 12:30 pm by msgsafe

I’d like to applaud Culver’s restaurants on two points: First, they actually provide MSG information on their allergens list (and make that list publicly available on their website). Second, not a single item on their menu is listed as containing MSG.

Culver’s is MSG Free and safe to eat at.

I had the tuna on Sour dough sandwich and was sick the next day. I suspect their tuna has msg in it somewhere. I am not ultra sensitive so it must have a good amount.

Full of autolyzed yeast extrat. Even in cole slaw.

I can eat almost anything at Culver’s except the fish. I get extremely bad migraines from MSG and lately they are the only place I can eat out safely.

i can verify that the buffalo tenders, and pork tenderloin have msg. its not listed on their nutrition and allergen guides, but there were allergic reactions to msg popping up everywhere, and a memo was sent out that some of our food actually does have msg.

I had the fish sandwich a year ago at Culver’s St.Louis, and about five minutes afterwards I got the most severe MSG headache, anytime I’ve ever eaten anything with MSG in it I’ll always know 5 minutes later I get the most severe worst migraines. So I can’t swear to it on a stack of Bibles that it was MSG in there but I would say there’s a 99.9% chance that I am correct about that.

Ha, maybe back then. Almost half of their menu has MSG in it now. Basically anything that is fried in oils is off limits for me at Culver’s.
